Our team of specialised engineering experts catered to this requirement providing their advice towards achieving a staunch safety quotient. Adhering to a very high level of compliance to quality and safety standards of the automobile industry we carried an in-depth research and analysis covering the entire spectrum of physics behind the inflator and validated the behaviour of the inflator and the airbag. Multiple validations such as bulging, jumping, weld crack, bonfire, hot plate, and flow analysis were performed. Extensive testing of inflator for fire accidents were carried out.
