Our customer wanted a unique design for an Aero kit built to reduce the fuel consumption of commercial vehicles and in turn lead to efficiency in performance.

The design of the Aero kit had to be integrated with the existing design of the truck to avoid inconsistencies in design and structural balance. Flexibility and optimization in design and development was sought.
